TXO plc is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company focusing on onshore oil wells in the East Texas Oilfield in the United States.
For more than 10 years the company has been using modern technology to reopen inactive wells, uneconomical wells, to bring them back into production.
As of 31 March 2005 reserves are estimated to be 10.4 million barrels of oil.
Following acquisitions in 2004 and 2005, the company now holds interests in 348 wells in the East Texas Oilfield.
TXO was listed on the AIM, the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market in 2002 and has offices in Longview, Texas and London.
